RIGHT OF RETURN (Refunds & Cancellations)

  • The consumer has the right to return all or part of the order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, always and only with the presentation of the purchase document (receipt / invoice).

  • In case of withdrawal, the consumer is obliged to return the product in its original condition and if the special markings have not been removed from the product, the product has not been used and has not been washed. The products to be returned shall be sent exclusively to the following address:

  • The return is accepted only after approval by our company.

  • To return the product, proof of purchase is required, so please send us a photo by email or in our Instagram/Facebook chat, and mention the reason for returning the product and the products you want to replace.

    When we receive your request, we will confirm your request.

  • In case of product change within Greece, with the presentation of the purchase document (receipt / invoice) the first change has free shipping. The second change and subsequent changes are charged 3euros at a time. You will send back to our company the products to be changed with the purchase receipt with the instructions you will receive after your change is approved.

  • You will contact our company by email or on Instagram or Facebook or by phone at 2310500320 and let us know the change you wish to make. You will then contact the courier company

    • GENERAL MAIL and you will request a parcel to be sent with a recipient charge, you will state the recipient code 590525. The products to be returned are sent only with the company we work with and it is GENIKI TAHYDIMIKI and exclusively to the following address:

    • ELTA COURIER and you will ask for a parcel to be sent with a recipient charge, you will indicate the recipient code 220030. The products to be returned are sent only with the company we work with, which is ELTA COURIER, and exclusively to the following address:

    • ACS COURIER and you will request a parcel to be sent with the recipient's charge, you will indicate the recipient code 2ΘΙ323328. The products to be returned are sent only with the company we work with, which is ACS COURIER, and exclusively to the following address:

    • BOX NOW with the code we will give you to place your parcel in the locker that suits you
  • When we receive the return parcel we will do a quality check to confirm that the products have all the labels, the product is in its original condition, has not been used or washed and then we will complete the exchange. Immediately afterwards we will send you the new products with free shipping to the address you have indicated.

  • In case of product change in Cyprus, with the presentation of the purchase document (receipt / invoice) each change has a transport charge of 6euro.

  • You will contact our company by email or on Instagram or Facebook or by phone at 2310500320 and let us know the change you wish to make. We will then confirm your change and it will be completed hand in hand when you receive your new products with KRONOS EXPRESS.
  • In case of refund, with the presentation of the purchase document (receipt/invoice)

  • You will contact our company by email, Instagram or Facebook or by phone at 2310500320, that you wish to receive a refund and state the reason for the return of the product. When we receive the return parcel we will do a quality check to confirm that the products have all the marking tags, are in its original condition, have not been used or washed and then we will approve your request.

  • The refund will be made by one of our partner banks (Alpha Bank, Eurobank, National Bank, National Bank, Pankritia Bank, Piraeus Bank) to the bank and the name of the beneficiary and the account number (IBAN) to which you want the amount to be deposited. The refund of the amount of the value of the products is made within the next 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product. In case of deposit in a different bank from the banks we cooperate with, the bank charges are shared between the Beneficiary (Customer) and the Depositor ( Judah Club). The shipping cost of the original order is not refundable as it is a courier service.
  • For orders within Greece, you will contact the courier company

    • GENERAL MAIL and request a parcel to be sent with a charge to the recipient, you will indicate the recipient code 590525. The products to be returned are sent only with the company we work with and is the GENIKI TAHYDOMIKI and exclusively to the following address:

    • ELTA COURIER and you will request a parcel to be sent with a recipient charge, you will indicate the recipient code 220030. The products to be returned are sent only with our partner company, ELTA COURIER, and exclusively to the following address:

    • ACS COURIER and you will request a parcel to be sent to the consignee, you will indicate the consignee code 2ΘΙ323328. The products to be returned are sent only with the company we work with, which is ACS COURIER, and exclusively to the following address:

    • BOX NOW with the code we will give you to place your parcel in the locker that serves you

In case of a refund, the shipping costs to send us the parcel are charged to the customer and is 7 euros which will be deducted from the value of the returned products.

  • For orders in Cyprus, you will contact KRONOS EXPRESS and request a parcel delivery with a charge to the recipient. The products to be returned are sent exclusively to the following address:

    In case of a refund the shipping costs to send us the parcel are charged to the customer and are 10 euros which will be deducted from the value of the returned products.
  • For the procedure of returning money to a foreign bank, the remittance is charged to the Beneficiary (Customer) and not to the Depositor (Judah Club).

  • In case of an error by the company in the shipment of the product or receipt of a defective product, the shipping costs of the new shipment are entirely borne by our company.
